I’m Lauren Reading-Gloversmith (MBACP), founder of Speak to Lauren, offering online counselling for adults across the UK. I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, burnout, creative blocks, and relationship or family challenges. Many of the people I work with are neurodivergent, or part of the arts, music, and entertainment industries — individuals who often feel overstretched, misunderstood, or isolated. My aim is to provide a calm, non-judgmental space where you can pause, reflect, and be fully seen and heard.

My approach is person-centred and experiential, grounded in empathy, collaboration, and respect for difference.
